My mother in law and I got shat on by a seagull ( bird not Brighton fan) on Brighton beach back in May whilst having some wedding photos.. Live down here so knew it wasn't totally unexpected!

Personally the only one I really blame for our issues is HMG
Boehly came in and tried to make sweeping changes and recruitment which didn't work out but he meant well
Potter came in and tried to managed a team of 245 individuals.. didn't work and was out of his league but tried his best
etc
HMG tried to properly shaft us and blamed us for funding the war whereas we'd only ever taken money from RA not funded anything in Russia
just my opinion on it obviously!

After all, who thought the board would say, having decided to sack Potter, let's get a Chelsea legend in as interim manager to improve the mood at the club? Sadly I don't think they care about the 'soul' of the club so that was never going to happen. Still, that's another discussion.
As for GP, of course it's very wrong that failed managers get huge pay outs when they've been sacked but that's how it is now more's the pity and it stinks. The Potter family will never be poor but I can't imagine even that makes up for his reputation going up in smoke. He made a huge mistake leaving Brighton and has now alienated two sets of supporters. I just hope he doesn't get any more vile abuse.

I usually stay quiet and was prepared to give Potter time, even very recently just to have some stability but glad he's gone, no improvement and felt like a fish out of water unfortunately.
understand he took a reduced severance (still more than i'll ever see in my lifetime) so a bit of credit due for that if true. Wish him well, just not at Chelsea!

I saw this and am a bit mixed on it.. the N word should never be used in conversation etc (imo) but if singing along to the lyrics of a song that does include it.. is that offensive in the same way?
edit: just raised this with a guy at work and he said that it would be offensive.. what anyone does in the own home is upto them but recording it is where it went wrong.. so fair enough as I can't comment from personal experience!

Just one small thing that I remember from the old site.. if you're in a thread/topic, one of the options at the bottom was to click on the next unread topic.. I can see we still have that but it used to have the title of the next topic as well.
Not an important issue at all 🙂
