The problem right there 'Badiashile to shore things up' !! - the guy has been tripping over his own feet in recent games - another master stroke by  Poch.

All the more reason to leave him on the bench and stick with what we had. Pochettino couldn’t have picked a worse sub!

I agree with this but it's worth mentioning that apologising to one football club and delusional fan base and their army of supporters in the media is also an extremely bad example as well.

One lot of players, supporters and owners don't matter but another's does.

Couldn’t even wait until full time to get the apology out for them and now I’m reading in Op-Eds that it’s apparently the worst decision in VAR history.

We regularly get over double the amount of cards as our opposition, although we monopolize the ball in most matches. We’re systematically fouled without any sort of action and we’re punished when we point it out. It’s gone beyond incompetence - it reeks instead of rampant prejudice.

He can play in a 3 with them.

Which would probably mean that Andrey Santos, Chukwuemeka or, if signed, Lavia won’t get the game time they need.

Like you, I like Conor and I hope he stays. It just may be that for his own personal development it might be a good time to move on.

I don’t think it’s hysteria. Conor had a good pre season and shows the kind of attitude a lot of players could do with. He may not be Frank Lampard but who is? For me - and Poch apparently, at this time - he deserves to play.

In all honesty Frank Lampard wasn’t the player he became at 23 either.

Who knows how Conor will develop over the next few seasons if he gets regular game time. The problem he has now is that it’s unlikely he’ll get it at Chelsea if we assume Caicedo and Fernandez are the starting midfielders.

It looks a lovely area and some of the homes overlooking the lakes look wonderful places to live. I’d have hiked there using the trail but with the wife having two artificial knees I thought it the gracious thing not to.

I’m with you on the Bocks, one is fine - any more than that’s a gut buster! As well as a head wrecker.

All round the big lakes near Munich is great real estate, albeit extremely pricey. It must be a super place to live though.

Having a reconstructed ankle myself, I can commiserate with Mrs Lower - hope she enjoyed herself nonetheless!

That’s the one! Far better out of the barrel, than the bottle. Can testify to that after today! 🍺

Bit of a climb though. Beer and food were great and cheap too.

Lovely, we usually drive to Hersching am Ammersee and walk over the hill when we're there. It's a nice walk through the forest and works up and good appetite! A Maas and a 'haxe never tasted better.

Their Bockbiers are lovely drops but a bit too heavy for a daily tipple. The Helles fills that spot for me.

Yep, still here and always will be I think as it’s part of the historic building at Mariansplatz.

We parked ourselves opposite the national opera house in 2012 - the best day, Porto was good but for me did not come close to Munich. One of the reasons I keep coming back. Going to a historic monastery today, sounds boring doesn’t it…………………until you factor in the brewery that’s part of the site! 🍺🥨👍

    Andechs?
