I'm not sure what is more surprising, publishing this stuff and thinking people will believe it, or the fact some people believe it.

I think it's completely believable that Corden and Boehly are friends and that Corden is so clueless about, well, everything that he'd suggest Lampard as a good shout. Seems completely and utterly implausible that would have anything to do with what happened, of course. Maybe Todd asked Dave Grohl's opinion, too. 1 hour ago, east lower said: Have you misread the post or am I missing something? The more I have to explain my jokes/silliness, the less I think I might be funny. No, it must be everyone else who is wrong! (Being playful about "Fat Frank")

Popular Post chara Posted April 11, 2023 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2023 Probably not the right Topic page but not sure where else would be appropriate. For all our "gallows" humour and very loyal Chelsea debate we are all hurting really badly. It's hard for any football follower to watch their club struggle and many on here have long memories and (football) scars to prove it, The last two seasons have been as hard as any time I have followed Chelsea, From viciously (and petulantly) enforced sanctions leading to change of ownership and coach (for whatever reasons) to the disastrous appointment of GP...(20/20 with hindsight but at the time despite my personal doubts possibly a new way forward.) The appalling on field results..again for what ever reason... have shaken all of us to the core and it is hard to come to terms with such a playing results meltdown. I'm pretty sure those posters claiming to be "walking away" are just expressing their hurt and bewilderment as real supporters..and I doubt no one on here...do not and, in fact, cannot "walk away". I am really down about everything and obviously not alone. We all express our emotions in print differently but can we ALL somehow come together in a mutual support effort? I don't mean '60's "peace and love" yuck but perhaps show a solidarity of support for each other? Just trying to express some hope...we are the life blood. 4 1

It is beyond me why TB did show his leadership skills and hire his fellow countryman Jessie Marsh on a 10 year contract and be done with it.
