I'm not one for a yellow card for every iffy foul but there were a few that needed the "watch where this is going" card...cynical and nasty not hurly burly coming together fouls.

Tottenham were crap. Really could have put them to the sword there.

He’s been good tonight and was vs Villa. He still makes me nervous because of recent performances, but he’s been pretty dominant tonight.

My worry for this half is the fact Spurs can change it and improve from the bench, we absolutely cannot.

You just know where the first card is going as well, and they won’t be wearing white.

Good first half, trouble is spurs can’t get worse and we’ve got absolutely nothing on the bench.

Cucurella's block on Johnson for our goal definitely didn't look accidental. Has the set piece coach already joined?

I think that's the most focused and organised I've seen us for a while, I particularly liked how we tried to control the tempo and didn't let Spurs rush us too much.  That was also a free. Kick we must have worked on. Maybe the threat of Conte is working on everyone?

This ref is going to do us at some point you can see it coming.

Palmer really isn’t on it so far. That was a good chance by his standard. 

Don’t like these second half tactics, sitting too deep and looking to hold what we have with the odd counter. Inviting too much pressure too early.

Spurs are getting on top. Good manager would switch things around NOW

Madueke is so bad at the defending side of things. Constantly letting his mark get free. 

Cucurella is a one man defensive unit out there.

Gallagher gives away a foul for "looking really hard" at the Spurs defenders back. 

This ref is a bloody idiot. Slightest touch on a Spurs player and he gives a free kick.
