Should be under "watch" but instead it's tucked away under fixtures. Anyway, I tried and the site called me a fraud even though I bought the previous leg with Servette. This site is awful.
chara Posted August 27 Posted August 27 (edited) Just went in from a different enquiry post....seems I have purchased it...not THAT confident I will be able to access on the night but so far sort of so good! Charged to Mrs.C's UK bank card but shows a charge of 3.99 Pounds,,not 4.99...? Edited August 27 by chara
Floyd25 Posted August 28 Posted August 28 They really need to fix their site, it’s an absolute joke, the mobile app seems to work better in my experience, but the desktop version seems to be full of bugs.

Right. The site has been awful for as long as I can remember. Really needs a proper overhaul and a functional UI. 1
Sciatika Posted August 28 Posted August 28 There was a brief period just before that revamp when everything was tiled. Before that, it worked OK-ish. But I would say that was twenty years ago now. More recently, making the extensive video library inaccessible was a sign that it was going downhill. I loved the old highlights and CTV programs. Watching people like Mickey Thomas or Stan Willemse being interviewed about their careers was magic. I wondered if they were trying to monetise it. Anyway, it's never really got better since then. 1
My Blood Is Blue Posted August 28 Posted August 28 I expect to see a heavily rotated team again, which should have more than enough to see us through. Main aims, don't concede and no injuries. 1

In terms of the XI itself, I'm largely in agreement with you but I'd rest Madueke for Palace and bring Mudryk in as I expect his minutes will become more limited once Neto and Felix get up to speed. I'd also be tempted with Josh Acheampong at RB too but doubt that is going to happen. 1

Mark Kelly Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Just now, Ham said: The only thing I worry about is non PL pitches. I saw that pitch on a clip the other day , looks like a non league stadium from the little I saw

So definitely keep the PL starting players away from this game. 1
tunaboss Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Felix joined after the deadline apparently so cannot feature. 1

chara Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Always the fear of an upset for an OG like me...on paper a shoo in but my pregame eternal pessemist keeps "whispering in my other ear" and I won't relax until 4 clear goals difference, and then only slightly! My view somewhat clouded by a strange day in Geneva back in the day..and Switzerland a country I have always felt a bit ambivalent about,,not logical comments by any means.☹️

Snow storm and we lost, we did smash them 7-1 (if I remember rightly) in the home leg after but it’s Switzerland so we could end up with a freak Rolex and diamond storm which will confuse our players and we end up losing 3-0. It’s unlikely but nevertheless possible. Always the pessimist me. 1
