chara Posted November 2 Posted November 2 I seem to have an amazing talent of making long term appointments to coincide with Chelsea games. This game is no exception, Annual Check up arranged before fixture dates so will have to watch a goal gorged, for Chelsea, recording. 10-45 appt other side of Denver 100 mile round trip no big deal usually but through busy inner clty traffic...sigh. Balanced by the cancellation of Mrs C's appt on the day of the Arsenal as she is in UK. 🤠🦖🦕
Floyd25 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 The goals went in two by two Hoorah! Hoorah! The goals went in two by two Hoorah! Hoorah! The goals went in two by two One in the corner, a penalty too And they all went into the net over and over again Sorry 3
Bert19 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 I think it might be time to mix things up a little over the next few games in regards to the 1st XI / 2nd XI thing. I think Nkunku probably warrants a a couple of Prem starts given Madueke's form and similarly a start or two in this comp might help Madueke. With that in mind, i'd quite like to see something like this: Jorgensen Gusto Tosin Disasi Veiga Enzo KDH Madueke Felix Mudryk Nkunku 2
CarefreeMuratcan Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Will this be the game where we finally see us score 10 goals?

My Blood Is Blue Posted November 5 Posted November 5 We're going to see a raft of changes again, which is fine, but I do agree with @Bert19 that we need to start limiting the amount of changes/mixing the teams up a bit. The 'League 11' looked stale against Man United and to me, we were crying out for Nkunku and Felix, who are both far too good for the Conference League. I would start Madueke and Gusto in this one, with a view to them both moving to the bench at the weekend and bringing Nkunku and Cucurella into the 11 vs Arsenal. Give Nkunku 45 mins, then get him off and keep him fresh for Arsenal. He's just too good not to be playing for us in the league and if it carries on for much longer, I wouldn't blame him to try and find a way out in January. 1

Morgs Posted November 5 Posted November 5 (edited) The form we are in I can absolutely see us dropping points, and there's people wondering how many goals we will win by. Nothing's a foregone conclusion with Badiashile, Felix, Disasi, Jorgensen, Mudryk and KDH in the side. Edited November 5 by Morgs 1
Sciatika Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Maybe worth saying that we are ranked 10th (generous) in UEFA and Noah are ranked 284th.

What has Felix done to show he's too good for the Conference League? Just flashy runs and shots over the bar.

Mark Kelly Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Apparently we've scouted them and they play 2-2-2-2-2, formation. 4
chara Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Well..it .... seems the Football Fates are having a bit of fun with me and although the Arse game was taken away to add to this game as I had accepted now due to bad weather, I have cancelled the 100-mile round trip across Denver ...6" snow last night and today plus more tonight.... and will be able to join you all watching the reserves battle The Ark Boys. My Cup Overfloweth. 🦖🦕🏔️ 2
