  1. The stupid twat. I'd forgotten how many needless bookings and resultant sendings off that he's had.
  2. I sometimes wonder why I put myself through this. I could do something relaxing like play with my bees.
  3. Just about anyone on here would have been happy with a point before the game. However, it feels like an opportunity missed. City have a fantastic team but they can get rattled when somebody gets on to the front foot and pushes them. Overall though, a good training outing in advance of the Wembley game.👍
  4. Change your news source! From The Guardian:- FULL TIME: Chelsea 1-1 Newcastle (Chelsea win 4-2 on penalties) Chelsea were a couple of minutes of going out. But they’re in the semi-finals yet again! Poor Kieran Trippier. But on the balance of play overall, it’s no more than Chelsea deserve.
  5. Hmmm. Good comebacks by Chelsea. The first penalty never was one (even over on the RefChat forum they say so). Disappointed that we didn't take 3 points but the positive is that we've stood toe to toe with the Scousers, Arse, Spuds and City and none of them have beaten us. It augurs well for the future.
  6. I don't care about the errors and the false judgements by ref and VAR. I am just pleased to see that win. Just carry on building from this,
  7. Wouldn't have heard a omment like this a month ago! (Not aimed at you, by the way)
  8. No sense of urgency from Chelsea, even in the dying minutes.
  9. Can't watch the game but pleased to see Sterling get off the mark. He didn't settle in last year; hopefully he can make amends this season.
  10. Oh come on! Cucurella had one half decent game last year 😉 (I'm thinking of the game against Dortmund)
