Yeah, this is my fear. Early goal in the second half for Forest and we may as well all pack up and go home, the way we’ve been playing.

What a crap half. Madueke, Jackson and Mudryk are having absolutely no influence on this game (obviously, apart from Mudryk getting his goal). Defence been a bit sloppy and just really slow on the ball, meaning by the time we get the ball forward, Forest are back and set up to defend. Gusto and Nkunku for Chalobah and any of the 3 I mentioned at the start of this post.

Just to say, when I’ve been saying that Poch has let himself down by not being able to influence and change games… this looks like it could be another fine example, if we come out exactly the same in the second half.

Aina throws him over, which happens a lot, but how is that not a foul but the Badiashile one was that ruled out our winner vs Villa was?!

I’d be strongly considering Nkunku on at half time if it were me . Possibly Gusto as well.

Defence hadn’t got going today and that’s really poor. How is he on his own?!

Yep, pass was perfectly weighted and then the touch and finish from Mudryk were lovely. Mudryk should get so many more goals like that with his pace, he should be getting in behind so often and then just need the likes of Palmer to find him.

Nice to see how happy Mudryk obviously is, but also how pleased the rest of the team look for him.

Burnley definitely gone now, they’re 5 points from safety with 1 game to go. Luton losing today means they’re 3 points from safety with 1 game to go, but need to close the goal difference by 13 and Nottingham Forest also lose both their games, therefore they are essentially relegated and therefore Forest are safe.

Tottenham win, meaning Burnley relegated. Luton lose, meaning they are essentially relegated, barring a massive goal difference swing. This means Forest are safe, which must help us today, especially as we also know that Newcastle have dropped points. This is a big game for us.
