Watched a rarely seen Peter Sellers movie titled  The Blockhouse. 

Based on a true story about a group of people who become trapped in a bunker when hiding during heavy shelling on D-day.  At first they are quite happy being down there when they find the  the wine, food and water to last a long time but as the weeks and months pass by their mood deteriorates. Can't say much more without giving too much away.

It's a very grim movie and difficult watch which will only appeal to a small audience. It's also somewhat spoilt by the movie being filmed with only candles for lighting and the sound quality isn't very clear either at times. If anyone does watch it, it's important to read the text as the movie ends. It'll blow you away!

 

I've tried singing this but;

1) I don't know the tune

2) There's no mention of Caicedo.
