Looking forward to seeing this lad play from next season. He's not a player I am familiar with, but seems a perfect age to come in and provide some competition for Reece, and looks a very fit athletic player from the highlights I have watched.

It's almost a two in one signing too, as it now provides another CB option with James being able to play there and Gusto offering an option down the right side when playing a back three.

His name (Portuguese origin) translates as Bad Taste.

Doesn't help, just thought it was amusing

I'm currently trying to learn Spanish and have to keep reminding myself he is not called Mucho Gusto!

This guy makes me feel a lot better about Reece James' situation. If the worst happens and he is perennially injured - Malo Gusto could actually be a solution. It's almost impossible that he will be quite as devastating as Reece but he seems like he can be VERY good and he's young enough that we will get a good look at how reliable Reece's body will be.
