Vote for the players you WANT to see kept in the first team for next season from our current squad. Based on performances and not based on whether we can or can’t realistically move them on.

Vote for the players you want to keep, so do not vote for anyone you want to sell, loan or just see gone one way or another. Don’t worry about squad make up of the amount of signings we may need to make… who do you think is good enough to be in the squad next season?

I got as high as 14 players. Bit surprised.

There are so many that i’d happily take any money we can get for though. I’d definitely rather just strip the squad almost bare than see 8-10 of these play another second for us.

Voted only for those I feel strongly should or will be kept, so I don't necessarily think anyone I didn't vote for should be escorted off the premises. More that, for many of them, I have no strong feelings.  Damning in it's own way.

There are a few I strongly want gone, obvs!

Kante is interesting, a lot on here have advocated not giving him a new contract yet everyone wants him to stay.

The surplus to requirements should be part of the squid games."green light" - "red light" that will reduce the squad.

I think trying is low in supply here so finding someone who still does actually try has galvanised some to vote for him , that and he does look back to his best .

This poll is a great idea, although the whole exercise was somewhat depressing. I had a lot fewer that I thought we should keep than I assumed. It really just highlights how many players we need to shift in the summer...

I didn't put either Kepa or Mendy in. However, I'd like to clarify that I do believe we should play with a goalkeeper.

Ziyech the only one without a single vote so far!

Hmm..didn't see that coming!🤣

Because of the very well thought out guide lines (Thank you Sam) Kante gets a resounding stay because he did look committed in the last game and it was the "breakdown" issue that bothered many of us.

Impressed with the participation level and how pretty much everyone seems in agreement about the "stay" votes reflected by the top votes and  the winding down list all reflecting a uniform level of sensible "observation".

Kudos all round.....

Kepa with a good amount of votes lol. Sometimes I feel like I'm watching a different sport.

I think it's because out of two poor keepers he's the least likely to be sold. We need a new keeper we don't need to be buying two.

This. Also, whatever anyone thinks of Kepa, it really could not be more obvious that the bigger problem is at the other end. I really wouldn't mind if 100% of our focus over the summer is on that.

Indeed. I think we could survive fine with one more season of Kepa if it means we address the other end. He's certainly not been our worst player by any means.

I've found it somewhat difficult to vote in this, largely because I find it hard to ignore the variable aspects like tactical fit, skillset, potential role in the side, etc. This see's me flip-flop on several players, with some being more useful than others depending on the environment. As a logical person in general, this is a nightmare lol.

My only real definitive is that I want Pulisic shot into the sun, with absolute departures of Ziyech, Mendy, Zakaria, Broja, Loftus-Cheek and Auba.

I don't think it was "a lot" Martin. There was one person who was very vocal that maybe seemed "a lot".

I agree with all except Zakaria and Broja. Zakaria had a great spell before his injury. Broja hasn't had a proper run of games yet to truly judge and it was a big shame he got the season ending injury as he would have had plenty of opportunities to prove himself.

I was going to do this but then realised how daft it is. Far too linear in format and there are multiple variables.

Example, if Kante breaks down again before the end of this season, he shouldn't be offered a new deal.

Gallagher and Chalobah are useful squad players and home grown. I'd sell either or both if the right money was offered, but wouldn't mind keeping either.

You'd sell either or both keepers if the right money came in, but I don't think it will.

Cucurella you'd sell if you could recoup most of the money, but again, it's unlikely, so do you roll the dice and hope he improves?

Broja and Fofana D, probably both suited to a loan, but would not object if either continued as a back up.

PEA, Pulisic and Ziyech should all go regardless. Everyone else just about you can make a case for.

How much would Felix cost to buy, especially if we are not in Europe?

I don't see the point in buying Zakaria, but again, if Kova was sold and Kante let go (see above) and we got 30m for Gallagher, it might be an option.
