thevelourfog Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Assuming a defeat tonight to Arsenal, both teams could hit 40 points and, based on other likely results, mutually secure safety with a draw. 2-0 Bournemouth. 4

Popular Post blueboy1905 Posted May 2, 2023 Popular Post Posted May 2, 2023 At approximately 4.50pm on Saturday I fear that Frank Lampard will become a 007 meme. What a sorry outcome to a legend. As for the majority of the team and the pathetic board it is now time that they felt the wrath of the Stamford Bridge crowd. Some may say that it will not help but frankly I do not care about their bruised egos. In fifty odd years I don't think I have ever seen a more pathetic run of performances by a group of so called professional footballers. They have no shame. 2 3

My Blood Is Blue Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Kepa Chalobah - Fofana - Badiashile - Chilwell Gallagher - Hall - Enzo Madueke - Havertz - Mudryk
asvaberg Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Play someone who actually wants to play for Chelsea and enjoy playing football. Let the rest leave, and thank you for your service. 1
Chelsea_Matt Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 I think we’ll do ok and come away with just a 1-0 or 2-0 defeat. 1

bertles86 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 (edited) Genuinely think we need 10 or 11 behind the ball for this one. I'd start ultra defensive. Kepa Fofana - KK - Silva - Badiashile - Azpi Zakaria - Kante - Chalobah - Enzo Mudryk Edited May 3, 2023 by bertles86 1 1

Bert19 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 (edited) I'd go: Mendy Trev Fofana Badiashile Chilwell Gallagher Kante Enzo Madueke Havertz Mudryk We've seen more than enough of Kovacic & Sterling of late, don't need to see Azpi or Aubameyang and i'm totally done with the Subbuteo Goalkeeper. chrisb Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 I finish work at 15:00 and should be back home by about 15:20. I fully expect us to be 2 nil down by the time I switch on.

Pretty much exactly what I’d pick with the exception of maybe Chukwuemeka instead of Gallagher or even Kante. He’s looked really good in cameos but seems to have been banished under Lampard. If I had my way, we wouldn’t see Sterling, Cucerella, KK, Kovacic, Auba, Pulisic or Ziyech again this season. Azpi and Silva to play in our final home game as they are both legends and deserve a decent send off (whether they stick around next season or not I have no idea)
